  • Robert Rock (born 6 April 1977) is an English professional golfer.Rock was born in Armitage, Staffordshire. He joined the European Tour as an affiliate member in 2003 and has remained a member ever since. As of January 2009, he has had nine top-10 finishes on the European Tour, including a tie for second place in the Alfred Dunhill Championship in December 2008.[1]He also writes a column for the worldgolf.com website.[2]Rock nearly had his first professional victory at the 2009 Irish Open, where he lost to Irish amateur Shane Lowry in a three-hole playoff.[edit] Results in major championshipsTournament : 2005 : 2006 : The Masters
