The allegation has been circulating on the internet, but Gallacher maintains her relationship with Woods is purely platonic.
"It was all speculation and it was incorrect. It was very upsetting," Gallacher said. "I knew I was being talked about and that's why the lawyers were involved.
"But what you do in this job is you get quite strong because you know things will come at you."
Gallacher has spoken highly of Woods in the past, describing him as "incredibly kind, talented and handsome."
