Slaley Hall is set amidst 1000 acres of exceptionally beautiful Northumberland forest and moorland, providing an enduring symbol of Edwardian elegance. It has two Championships courses on its grounds and is crowned by a sensational, majestic Japanese garden which enhances its aesthetic beauty. The hotel is elegantly furnished and has retained many of its original feature which have been carefully restored to their former glory so that its traditional majesty can be maintained. The Priestman, a fine championship standard course which is situated on the estate's west end, offers excellent views over the Tyne Valley and, since its opening in 1999 has hosted some prestigious events, not least the PGA Seniors Tour - the English Seniors' Classic.
