Founded in 1922 after a group of local golfers decided their town should follow the example set by other small Welsh towns and build its own golf course.Thankfully, people power still exists to this day, as the result is a course now over 80 years of age and one that provides a spirited test to all levels of player.At just under 6, 000 yards in length it does not require you to go with your driver off every tee. That, however, doesn't mean it is easy by any means and the 600 or so members will testify to that.
