A wooded, parkland course just over a mile south eats of the town, Hamilton throws up a worthy challenge to any level of golfer. It is an 18-hole inland course that stretches to 6, 243 yards with a par of 70. If have fancy having a go at setting a new course record then by all means try your best, but you might find the current score of 62 hard to beat. The fairways are reasonably generous in width and there are strategically dotted bunkers here and there so be careful if you are a rip it and grip it-type player.
