Elmgreen first opened its doors in 1995 and was quickly established as a firm favourite with the local golfing public. The golf centre has played host to almost two million golfers since then, whilst the 18-hole pitch and putt course, along with the floodlit driving range, have enticed many to visit one of the country's largest golf facilities. The course was designed by renowned course architect Eddie Hackett and represented the first undertaking by Fingal County Council for such a scheme. Complimented by the location of Elmgreen House, the centre covers 110 acres and, combined with the fantastic ambience that is Elmgreen, golfers are assured of a pleasant round.
