Moore Place Golf Club, just half a mile from Esher town centre, is superb value golf course that is perfect for beginners and elite players alike. Though the size of its green fee differs from some of the other more famous clubs in the area, it still presents a stiff test of golf. Some locals even admit that the fairways, on a good day, are in better condition that neighbouring courses. Moore Place, which revels in its rural environment, is very tight in parts and you'll need solid course management and a good deal of patience to successfully engineer a good score. There are a number of blind shots over hill crests into narrow greens.
