Stafford Castle Golf Club is to be found just a few miles west of Stafford, and could hardly wish for a more perfect location for a round of golf. It offers enthusiasts of the sport everything they could ever want with some excellent holes to take on, a marvellous clubhouse and truly spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding area. Indeed, the castle itself is visible from most vantage points on the course and makes for a breathtaking backdrop. There are plenty of hazards though that will keep your mind off the scenery most of the time, with well placed bunkers, narrow fairways and such like to tackle if you are to stand a chance of scoring well.
