James Braid, the legendary, world-renowned golf course architect, lent his Midas touch to the course here at Nottingham City Golf Club, and all the classic characteristics and hallmarks of the five time Open winners hugely influential design work is evident. Each hole unique and there are an abundance of cunningly placed hazards laid out to maximise the challenge you will face. The club first opened for business in 1910 and now has a significant and friendly membership that rises year on year. It benefits further from fine picturesque views of the surrounding countryside.
