Finchley is a full-length 18-hole course set in the grounds of an imposing Victorian Stately Home, now the impressive clubhouse. This picturesque course is situated just six miles north of London's West End and was designed by former Open champion and prolific golf course architect James Braid, the man behind the world famous King's Course at Gleneagles, in Perthshire. The greens are fast and sloping and boast several narrow fairways bordered by beautiful trees. The course has a reputation for proving one of the finest challenges in the area and will certainly entertain golfers of all abilities. Visitors are very welcome but must book in advance in order to avoid any disappointments.
