Knebworth is perhaps better known these days as the venue for rock concerts. Indeed, only a few years ago Robbie Williams attracted in excess of 100,000 revellers to the shows he performed there, and whilst Knebworth Golf Club will never be able to compete with the clout of the former Take That superstar, it does not too bad a job itself of attracting a significant number of golfers to its tees. It was designed by Willie Park Junior and opened in 1908, so its centenary celebrations are only a few short years away. With challenges aplenty and plenty of interesting holes to take on, you are guaranteed a memorable round of golf on this lovely course.
