Located just outside Wallasey in the heart of Merseyside and the Cheshire countryside is Bidston Golf Club, home to one of the most challenging and intriguing courses in the region. It is certainly far from easy as it possesses some of the most formidable tests in the area, but without being too fearsome to scare off those who are new to the game or whose handicap is quite low. The undulating fairways make accuracy from the tee all the more a demanding challenge, whilst your iron knowledge will be tested on the long par 4s. Watch out for the westerly wing which blows across some of the holes, as it can carry any straight drive towards danger.
