Secured a return to The European Tour via the 2005 Challenge Tour Rankings, where he finished fourth after a brilliant season. Among the highlights of his year were taking second place at the dual ranking Cadillac Russian Open, shooting 60 at the Open Mahou Madrid and qualifying for The Open Championship at St Andrews. It was after losing his card in 2002 that he decided to change coaches, linking up with Stuart Dowsett at Sundridge Park Golf Club in 2003. Credits Dowsett with turning his career around. Attended college in Bromley to study Business Studies and Finance in the early 1990’s before turning professional in 1993 with a handicap of one.
