England's Florentyna Parker slumped to a final round of 76 at the Buick Championship as China's Shanshan Feng retained her title on home soil.

Parker was three shots off the lead heading into the last day but, after a topsy-turvy round which included three birdies, two double-bogeys and three bogeys, she had to settle for a share of eighth place alongside compatriot Melissa Reid on two under par.

That was a massive 12 shots behind joint leaders Feng and South Korea's Choi Na-yeon, who finished level after both carded 67s in testing conditions on Sunday to set up a play-off at Shanghai Qizhong Garden Golf Club.

And it was defending champion Feng who clinched her sixth Ladies European Tour title after making a birdie putt at the first extra hole, where Choi carded a bogey.

American Beth Allen (71) finished third on eight under par, one shot ahead of Wales' Becky Morgan (68) and two clear of England's Georgia Hall (71) - who equalled her career-best finish on the LET - and China's Xi Yu Lin.
