Fraserburgh is one of Scottish golf's truest links courses. The club was established in 1777 before moving to its present location, the Philorth links, in 1891. Much of the present course was designed in 1922 by James Braid, the first man to win the open five times. Set in Scotland's far Northeast corner 42 miles North of Aberdeen, the club is home to two courses, the Corbie, an 18-holer, and the Rosehill, a neat little nine holer. The view from the Corbie's third tee is worth the trip alone.
