Dunecht House, a country house in the village of Skene on the outskirts of Aberdeen, is home to a beautiful little nine-hole wooded parkland golf course. The course, founded in 1925, provides a fair to test to players of all abilities and is certainly not short in length - it stretches to 6, 270-yards for a full 18 holes. There are superb views of local Aberdeenshire and beyond to enjoy during your round. Visitors, however, can only play with a member, so be sure to 'get in' with the locals.
