Larkhall is situated on the eastside of the town and is a nine-hole delight of the highest order. Any thoughts that this is your standard nine-hole would be wide of the mark. For a full round - 18 holes - this course stretches to 6, 700 yards, therefore is certainly anything but a simple stroll. It is, however, an open course and there are just 12 bunkers throughout the nine holes to try and avoid. Also, there are no water hazards. As the saying goes, everything is right there before you. The course record is 69, which says a great deal about its challenge.
