Located just a few miles west of Coleraine on the north coast of Northern Ireland, Castlerock is one of the finest and truest links golf venues you will ever have the pleasure of playing. It is set amongst spectacular rolling sand dunes and affords breathtaking panoramic views out across the Atlantic, towards Donegal and, on a clear day, towards Scotland and the Isle of Islay. The Championship Mussenden course is a par-73 with five par-5s, four par-3s, and nine par-4s. Look out for the signature fourth. It’s a 200-yard par-3 with a railway line to the right, a burn to the left and a raised green. There is also a nine-hole layout, called the Bann course, which is well worth playing, too.
