Crimple Valley is a great nine-hole pay-and-play golf course. At 2,500-yards for the nine holes, the course is ideal for beginners, but the narrow, rolling fairways and undulating greens make it a good test for the more accomplished player. The club is situated roughly two miles south of the centre of Harrogate off Hookstone Drive. The clubhouse is open to the public and has a wide range of snacks and meals which are served every day with the exception of Sunday. The golf course, according to club officials, is open "from dawn until dusk" and is very welcoming to visitors. If you're looking for a fun-filled round without emptying your pocket, you've just found it.
