One of the most prestigious courses in the United Kingdom, the Oxfordshire golf club boasts a reputation envied by most other courses in the country. Awarded 'distinguished' status in a poll of the finest golf courses in the world, between 1996 and 1999 it hosted the 'Benson and Hedges International Open', past winners of which include Colin Montgomerie and Darren Clarke. Designed by the esteemed Rees Jones, the signature seventeenth is a test for any golfer. This par five commands a straight and true drive onto the fairway, before it banks left over a lake towards the green. Choosing whether to aim for the green in two or three shots is down to judgement and assessment of your own ability and ambition.
