Mellor and Townscliffe golf club offers a course with some of the finest panoramic views of the marvellous surrounding Cheshire countryside, and a huge range of challenges to keep your mind well and truly focused on the course. The parkland course is hard walking with undulating fairways, so you will need good stamina to play here. On top of that, it is very well maintained and has a range of testing par 3s that demand pin-point accuracy from the tees, as well a good knowledge of your clubs. It measures only 5930 yards from the tee on the first to the pin on the eighteen but the par of 70 gives a good indication of the challenges that will lie in store for you here.
