Thorpe Wood golf course was developed as one of the first major leisure projects in the expansion of Peterborough and has been recognised as one of the leading pay-as-you-play courses in the country. The course was designed by Peter Alliss and Dave Thomas - two legends of course design in the United Kingdom. Their layout challenges and rewards golfers of all levels and abilities. The gently undulating par 73 course with a length of 7,086 yards from the 'Tiger Tees' - test yourself if you think you're up to it - is maintained in superb condition and never closes, even in the most inclement weather.
