With a name like Beau Desert Golf Club, you could be forgiven for thinking that the course it plays home to has a significant number of bunkers for you to take on - and if you did think that you'd be right! Your approach work to the greens will need to be unerringly accurate otherwise you could find yourself pulling your sand wedge out of your bag instead of your putter, and those are the sort of moments that can seriously ruin a scorecard. A little time spent on the practice area before teeing off should stand you in good stead to score well we reckon. The clubhouse makes a fine place to relax after your round, with cold drinks and a warm atmosphere on offer.
